creation of the CIM ISG:

  * EC (since we have been in close conversations with them during the
    whole process): Emilio Davila, Jesús Villasante, Peter Fatelning and
    Ragnar Bergstrom
  * Members of the Board of Directors of the FIWARE Foundation: Atos,
    Engineering, Orange and Telefónica
  * ETSI members who could help in accelerating signature of 4 ETSI
    members in order to accelerate kick-off of activities: AT4 Wireless
    and iMinds
  * Spanish Ministry
