Dear all,

  As announced to all of you, I have created a mailing list to support further exchanges regarding submission of the request to create an ISG (Industry Specifications Group) within ETSI.   This mail is the first mail sent to this mailing list.

  You can check who is registered in the mailing list by taking a look at:

  To ease collaborative work on the document, I have translated the current ToR draft into a shared Google doc that is placed in the existing OASC shared folder:

  (Martin: I have placed the file in the ISG folder within the Standards folder of the shared file system associated to OASC in Google docs)


  If you experience any issue trying to get access to the document, please let us know.

  I would suggest that we open a period for comments that you are invited to incorporate in the shared google doc, either as comments or suggested editorial changes (you have to click on the mouse right button and choose "suggest edits" to turn into a mode that will work similarly to MS Word when the changes tracking system is activated).

  Cathy Mulligan (Futures Cities Catapult) and Sergio García (Telefónica) will be the chief co-editors of the document.  They are also administrators and moderators of the mailing list.  I would suggest that they push things going forward from here.   Nevertheless, I guess we all agree about the need to move fast and agile.   I believe we should be able to come up with a final version of the ToR before end of next week.   I would ask Cathy and Sergio to come with a plan with deadlines for comments, maybe a confcall to close more conflicting ones, etc.
