attached is a revised ToR for the ISG CIM, where we have tried to take into account previous concerns.
Significant changes compared to last version are marked by purple comments/explanations.
We look forward to the call at 17:00 CET on Tuesday, at the link you provided (https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/218096269).

If there is a generally positive response on the call, then it is our intention to reach out to other ETSI members
using this stable version, in the hope of obtaining more founding members in the near future.
