Sorry, the CC did not work so for safety I send again. Most of you got it already. From: Lindsay Frost Sent: Samstag, 7. NOW WITH COMMENTS ... conclusion is, no significant changes. Importance: High Dear all, After two hours of line by line checking, I have reduced the real changes in the Agreement to the ones shown here in "...MAIN.docx". I commented them and coloured green the ones which are good, harmless or irrelevant to Members. In several places where a cross-reference "included" another document, I noted the explicit reference to the correct page in the attached "36_Directives_jun_2016.pdf" which contains the current ETSI Technical Working Procedures. I hope this will help convince your lawyers. I am pleased to say that I found NO negative changes and NO parts which are missing compared to the ToR which was agreed on 19.12.2016. Naturally the PDF distributed at Fr 06.01.2017 12:22 is the copy you should be signing, not this change-tracked document. You can throw this email away once your lawyers are convinced. Good luck capturing authorised signatures on Monday! Remember: two paper copies signed, one PDFd and emailed to ETSI immediately, then send the paper originals to ETSI. best wishes Lindsay ________________________________________ Dr. Lindsay Frost, Chief Standardization Eng. frost at neclab.eu<mailto:frost at neclab.eu> Mobile +49.163.275.1734 NEC Laboratories Europe, Kurfürsten-Anlage 36, D-69115 Heidelberg, Germany. Frankly speaking, I think reading through the new agreement carefully from start to end is a more reliable approach. However, I will work on it later, to try to highlight the "real life" changes compared to the "moved text around" bits, and I will make sure you to send it to you by 0900 on Monday. best wishes Lindsay -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
