Ok on our side. Just to note that we have 5 agreements signed! , ours was signed a few minutes ago. Please check latest email from Alejandro ☺ best From: <fiware-oasc-etsi-bounces at lists.fiware.org> on behalf of Lindsay Frost <Lindsay.Frost at neclab.eu> Date: Tuesday 10 January 2017 at 12:40 To: "Fiware-oasc-etsi at lists.fiware.org" <Fiware-oasc-etsi at lists.fiware.org> Subject: [Fiware-oasc-etsi] we need to confirm status of imec / iMinds for the future Dear all, ETSI will go ahead with the ISG based on the four Agreements signed so far, but we need to confirm the status of imec (instead of iMinds) on the Agreements. ETSI accepts imec as a founding member, no question, however for the version of the Agreement which ETSI puts up on the portal, and which other companies sign in the future, they want to have imec properly listed. Therefore formally Hermann asked me to get confirmation from you that a) other founding members have been aware that imec merged with iMinds (e.g. their press release was 02/2016, https://www.iminds.be/en/about-us/iminds-imec-merger) b) you have no objections of any kind to changing the name of the founding member on the Agreement template distributed publicly to be imec (not iMinds). They need to make this change today so that the Agreements which are linked into the Announcement letter are correct. Therefore please answer asap.
