[oasc-iot-lsp-cities] Synchronicity: WP5 and vision statement ready

Hi everyone,

This email is to let you know I uploaded this morning the latest version of WP5 as well as our Vision Statement on the Open Call mechanism on the Google drive.
Those version can be reviewed by all, especially tasks leaders, and added to the consolidated word document to be created today.

There are a couple of points on which I need all the partners contribution:

1)      Dissemination of the open call to key SME clusters within the reference zones and Beyond: I need your inputs here. Please fill in the table with your contacts.

2)      External experts: we can already try to get the agreement of potential key persons who could be experts, their CVs would be added as an annex with a letter of support.
It's not mandatory but it would show we are already advanced in the process with high-level experts.
I have added in the vision statement a couple of ideas but they were not approached yet so they cannot be taken for granted.
Can you get the agreement of potential experts already?

3)      WP5 items to keep in mind for the budget (see Vision statement for figures): we should earmark some budget for paying the experts, attending events in Europe to disseminate the open call, organising events locally to disseminate the open call, create an appealing submission platform (F6S for instance), potential translation costs of the open call.

I will be working on the Ambition paragraph this afternoon on a separate word document so it can be added on the proposal more easily.
