Just to be sure you are not expecting from us any specific information here. Then, regarding your comment about including references of experts or CVs, please, be aware that experts have to be fully confidential. Rules for evaluation of open calls are the same applied by the EC in their evaluations. Confidentiality of evaluators and proposals is a must in the process. Therefore there is no need for you to work further on that at this stage. However, you can mention the extensive experience of the partners of this consortium in running open calls. For example Atos has run multiple open calls. One of the last examples of this is the FRACTALS project, where we were coordinating the whole process. Here Telefonica can add the experience of multiple open calls run by FIWARE and FI-CORE for different purposes. All these references give credibility about the knowledge on the processes, but also about the amount of contacts with experts. Even though it sounds silly you may want to include comments about the fact that Synchronicity will try to maximize the number of women evaluating the open calls (at least to be equal to that of men). The EC as such has this KPI. Finally, and in case you want to justify the best way of running the open calls, timing, payment procedures and so on and so forth, you can use the analysis made by the FI-IMPACT project in the context of the FIWARE Acceleration programme (16 projects running multiple open calls in different ways). It's not mandatory but it would show we are already advanced in the process with high-level experts. I have added in the vision statement a couple of ideas but they were not approached yet so they cannot be taken for granted. Can you get the agreement of potential experts already? 3) WP5 items to keep in mind for the budget (see Vision statement for figures): we should earmark some budget for paying the experts, attending events in Europe to disseminate the open call, organising events locally to disseminate the open call, create an appealing submission platform (F6S for instance), potential translation costs of the open call.
