Dear all, I've spent most of today going over each WP with the WP leads to align the overall available resources with the task descriptions and the proposed effort commitment from each partner. This has lead to a sandboxing of each WP, so that the overall ratio is stable. But we're over the total ceiling for the resources we have (12 M€ + 3 M€ for open call). So expect negotiating your task involvement. Next step is for each WP lead to assess the incoming suggested PM commitments and to have a dialog with the key partners for each WP. This is ongoing. I still have to touch base (again) with WP 1, 2 and 4. They will also discuss balancing PMs between tasks. For the reference zones/cities, there are different ways of managing budget, but the overall pool is just about 800 K€ for all partners related to that reference zone combined. For management, normal reporting and coordination will lie in the other WPs. Only overall project management will be in WP 7. Thanks, all, for the positive attitude and hard work. We should have a fine proposal to review by tomorrow, and who knows, maybe even a logo. Thanks to Alex, Mirko, Mikko and Adriënne for leading section development. Please be responsive to any content requests they may have for you.
