[oasc-iot-lsp-cities] Agenda for today

Dear all,

In preparation for today's call at 14-16 CEST, please find the suggested agenda below + some guidance for the discussion.

First, I'd like an update on Sections 1 and 2. Then the WPs (Section 3).

Since the we're over budget, the WPs have been fluid, and not all partners have contributed PMs, I'm going to present a rather crude proposal on how to balance the task efforts over WPs. It will follow the logic of the udget sketch, since that has been our guide since the beginning in the talks.

After that, I'd like each WP lead to present the current task structure, and facilitate a focused discussion on balancing. I attach the target PMs per WP, as per the rough balancing of PMs between WPs, as foun in the budget sketch.

So, WP leads, as you know, it's time to find the scissors. I will take your facilitated input and provide a final draft of the budget and effort allocation immediately after the call and distribute before EOB.

Then we'll have a quick partner/supporter update.

We have a few key people out of the game ill, Pentti and Mirko, and Mikko is not readily available, so I rely on other partners around WP 6 and Section 2 to support heavily.
