[oasc-iot-lsp-cities] Section 1 update

Dear consortium partners

Please find attached the first complete release of section 1. We have made significant strides since the beginning of the week and for the first time I can say I feel we have a first holistic version together. Obviously plenty needs to be polished, cutdown and improved and a few links to the work plan and KPIs established.

I would like to handover now to a first round of complete reviews by Margarida, Sebastien and Luis. You have until tomorrow lunch time to come back to me with constructive improvement – given the timeframe I will not allow simply bashing comments without replacement ideas (Bram this is not really aimed at you … ;-))

I will then re–integrate and use the rest of the day to get more refined version together.

Thanks to all other contributors who made this version possible so far!

For tomorrow – I will urge everyone who cares about the project to support Mirko and Martin to get a complete section2 and section3 together.  BTW: I need the final Wps and milestones to finish off 1.1.4
