[oasc-iot-lsp-cities] Section 2.1 update + 2.2

Dear all,

Here is a section 2.1 update. YELLOW ARE ACTIONS NEEDED NOW, GREEN ARE THANKS and GRAY ARE OBSOLETE/RESOLVED

In a continued endeavour to save space, I suggest to delete the 2.1 introduction and go straight for 2.1.1 – DELETE.

LUIS will look at the 2.1.1 points 4-9. THANKS

Any VOLUNTEERS to look through 1-3?

I am expecting inputs from MARGARIDA for the KPIs – she will collect this form the cities. Great job on the table – now we go to have the cities fill it out. MIL, SAN, CAR, MAN, HEL, ANT, EIN + MEXICAN CITY. See attached table – complete and return to margarida.campolargo at portodigital.pt<mailto:margarida.campolargo at portodigital.pt> <margarida.campolargo at portodigital.pt<mailto:margarida.campolargo at portodigital.pt>> - most cities are now included. MARGARIDA  please send any final updates. A summary will go into a 2.1.1 introduction. MIRKO

I need the Mexican City description. SERGIO

I need ATOS - NURIA, TELEFONICA - SERGIO, PHILIPS - REMCO, ENGINEERING - STEPHANO to look at 2.1.2.10 and shorten to 1-2 pages. Each company gets 1/3 page max. THANKS Remco, Nuria and Martino

MIRKO to write an intro to 2.1.2 based on the moved figure (Arup Table) which sits now in section 1.

We have 9 cities (including the Mexican city) - this means that with 1 page per city we spend 50% on that. Most of the content is boasting how great the cities already are. We don’t need that in this section – that can be in section 4 – what we need is how SynchroiCity will help you propel you even further into becoming an even greater city. So – EACH CITY should revise their inputs to focus on IMPACT and not how great they are. 2/3 pages per city is max. I got MIL. Need POR, SAN, CAR, MAN, HEL, ANT, EIN + MEXICAN CITY

Any VOLUNTEERS to check barriers and obstacles 2.1.3? - shorten to 1.5 pages

I have deleted the section on other societal impact that Pentti made based on PEST – it was too generic.

Ana – will carry on editing 2.2?

Finally we have a page limit problem. We need to cut this down to 20 pages. Including 2.2! So we are not looking for volume.
