Dear all, Welcome to the online call today, at 14.00 CEST (Brussels time). We have set aside max 60 minutes. There are three points on the agenda: 1. Admin follow-up (Emilia) 2. Co-creation (Nadia), see below 3. Extension (Martin) Re. point 1, Emilia will go through a list of urgent info needed. We're also still lacking contact info for many partners in order to set up mailing lists, e.g. for legal staff. Please fill in immediately at the link: Atos, BronzeLabs, Antwerp, Manchester, Milan, Digital Catapult, Heijmans Wegen, Manchester Metro Uni, Ubiwhere, HOPU, Carouge, Mandat, UDG, Léon, Infotec, ITESM, Amio, TEFMEX and KETI https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16KakXlmSKWmHCMqsfBbyAefsx1FH0aoLuBfodLjciDk/edit#gid=0 Re. point 2, Remco, Nadia and Bram (thanks!) have worked out an update to the Description of Action. They write the following: Over the past week, Nadia, Bram and myself have worked on a short description detailing how co-creation is an integral part of Synchronicity. You can find the proposed text here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/13OceZYYl1bFdZbbOLwykzSOJbBqr1lwO42LXQjxVVWk/edit This text could be merged into section 1 of the proposal and we suggest including this in section 1.3.2 as a separate sub-section to explicitly highlight and concentrate co-creation efforts. Please read the text and feel free to comment. Re. point 3, the extension, we're converging on 30 or 33 months. In light of the input from point 1 on co-creation, I would propose 33 months, and I invite only strong positions for and against. The outcome will be the consortium position in our rescheduling and upcoming talks with the Commission. Thank you for your input. Talk soon.
