Dear Nuria, all,

Thanks for the gear-shifting meeting yesterday. Please find the minutes attached.

Also attached is the cover page for the proposal Technical Annex, with the partner list and financial status (beneficiary/affiliated partner). A budget sketch will follow. The sketch will (1) establish the core principles of budget logics and (2) be a model for reference zone and partner budget allocation, based on overall project objectives and existing resources.

You will also soon (later today) receive from Mikko and invitation to the shared repository where online minutes and other documents and elements of the proposal development process will reside.

Here, you will also find a template to describe each reference zone in a structured manner, to establish an overview, and to go into the proposal.

Those who haven't filled in the f2f meeting Doodle, please do so today so that we can fix a date for the first meeting:

We should already now fix the London date as well.

Thanks all.

Cheers,
Martin

5. Beneficiaries vs. affiliated partners.
- the consortium has been confirmed as consisting of a number of beneficiaries (budget) and affiliated partners (no budget).
6. Budget mechanisms
- The role and scope of activities will be further defined, allowing to align local resources with overall objectives.
