Thanks, Sergio.

Please find attached the programme for the coming days.

Thursday afternoon will establish some core work teams around the vision and basic work package structure.
Thursday evening will be spent planning the proposal work (distributing tasks) and Friday morning will be parallel work sessions in teams, actually writing.

NB Cities:
We will have a session focusing on the reference zone and co-creation approach on Thursday at 15.00-16.00 CET.
All cities/reference zones are strongly encouraged to call in to join the conversation.

Similarly, a tech vision and approach session will follow immediately after.

I will distribute a short vision section before the meeting starts, to ground the first session.

I also attach a plan for the proposal process. Prepare yourselves, all partners, to be committing to writing sections of the proposal. We will be very concrete, and delivery will have to be swift and on time. We have time to create an excellent proposal, if we work together and deliver.

The full minutes from today's meeting are here:

See you soon.

Best,

If you take this train, you have to change the train at “Tres Olivos” (just follow the people and cross the platform). By metro from the airport shouldn’t take around 15 min. If not, you can consider NH Las Tablas or Holiday Inn Las Tablas, which are pretty close and provide a shuttle to Telefonica (book at reception). However, the area is a bit boring… so downtown is much better if you want to do something apart from work… (you can reach the center by taxi or metro).
