Dear All, Still regarding the WP structure discussion it’s very important to avoid missing Smart Cities and IoT concept, at least we should no use it in the same sentence without the proper context. Otherwise we could have some one from the European Commissions saying that we are on the wrong call ?? In my view IoT it’s an important part of a Smart Cities strategy but it’s not everything, obviously in order to validate a IoT framework we should touch smartcities related issues, like citizens engagement, smart impact, etc. But we should make clear that we are really focusing on how IoT fits on a SmartCities big picture and that we have not loose the focus on IoT specific challenges... After the meeting we had the attached proposed update, with three points from Sébastien: - Mentioning IoT in WP 1 title (at the expense of citizen co-creation, which is in a task), - Adding a task in WP 2 on Southbound interoperability and market integration, - Adding FIRE testing tools in the internal validation. Please consider this (attached) WP structure for the discussion on Wednesday. A copy is in the Google drive > Madrid meeting. Thanks.
