[oasc-iot-lsp-cities] 2/3 PhC Meeting

Dear all,

Thanks for the meeting. Apologies we went over time and had to stop fairly quickly.

The main concern towards the end of the call was on planning the contributions overall. Mikko and I have drafted this following the call and are discussing the plan with Martin and will share it late this week. So please bare with us. Clear is that by next week we need:

  *   WP drafts – WP leads
  *   Early draft section 1 – Martin, Alex and Mirko (were volunteered)
  *   Early draft section 2 – Martin, Alex and Mirko (were volunteered) to make a TOC
  *   Each partner to upload a partner description based on the template on google drive

Actions:

AP New doodle - Mirko - latest to have the meeting next week. Cities and Stefano are essential - rest are optional. - DONE

AP Also cities to update their contacts and PIC codes into the Google sheet. (Or send to Mikko by email.)

AP Nadia to chase Alex to fix the date.

AP Alex to select a date by end of business 2/3.
