Dear partners,

Based on the doodle outcomes shared below, the meeting will go ahead on the 21st- 23rd of March in London. The meeting will start lunch time on the 21st  March so people can come into London on the morning flights. The meeting will end on the 23rd March early afternoon, so people can take evening flights back home. This will give us 2 full days for hopefully a highly productive meeting.

Due to meeting room availability the meeting will be held in two locations:

21st and 22nd, the meeting will take place at the future cities catapult
23rd the meeting will take place at the digital catapult

The venues are only 1 metro stop apart so it should not be much inconvenience. You can go ahead with your flight bookings. Nadia and I will share more logistic information shortly including hotel recommendations.

We are looking forward to welcoming you!
