1. Meeting with cities Thursday (participants, focus and agenda) -- please ensure that all cities participate with a direct representative. [10 mins]
2. London f2f meeting preparations [5 mins]
3. MoU/NDA -- will be updated with exclusivity clause. Comments? [5 mins]
4. Proposal update
- High-level objectives and WP update (new input from Alex) [10 mins]
- WP updates (drafts are online) [20 mins]
- new assignments [5 mins]
