Subject: [oasc-iot-lsp-cities] : reference zone dialogue on base applications and services

Dear all,

You are kindly invited to join the conference call on base applications and services, which is scheduled for Thursday March 9th from 11:00-13:00h CET. The objective of the meeting is to identify common city need spaces and, if possible, shared concept applications/services that find support across reference zones. The outcomes will allow us to maximize the relevance and impact of our joint proposal and provide important guidance in the proposal definition phase.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Introduction: consortium principles - Martin Brynskov (5 mins)

2. Base applications and services - Remco Muijs (10 mins)

3. Roundtable: Overview of city needs and interests - City representatives (45min=9x5 mins)

4. Discussion: identify common city needs and services - City representatives (30 mins)

5.       Replication - All (20 mins)

6.       Conclusions and next steps - Remco+Martin (10 mins)
As the topic is inherently need-driven, we would like to conduct this meeting primarily as a dialogue between the reference zone representatives with facilitation from the broader consortium. For that reason, reference zone representatives are kindly invited to share a concise (5 min) view on their respective needs and services of interest in the scope of this call. Aspects to be considered may include:

*         Thematic description

*         Existing IoT infrastructure leveraged

*         Relevant ecosystem partner profiles

* City area (profile) for deployment

*         Impact and economic sustainability
You can connect to the meeting by following the usual link or dial in by phone using the credentials below. I apologize for the late notification, but nevertheless look forward to getting this dialogue off to a productive start tomorrow.
With kind regards,

Remco Muijs
