Good points – I think Mirko added budget to the agenda, but I think this is something that can be sorted remotely… at least we need a first person effort estimate per task partners are involved. This can be indeed best discussed at the last day.

Re gender balance, I think is is fair to say that we will not include a partner form of a partner into the proposal without at least one female CV on.

I don’t think I mentioned a Brussels meeting – if really one is needed that should be only among the core writing team… but let’s make the call after we know our shape post London meeting.

Hi Alex, all,

Thanks for the agenda. I think it is ok. If you plan to include the budget in the discussion (maybe there is no need to do in the F2F meeting) I think you could do it in the first slot on Wednesday morning, when discussions have taken place and before everyone leaves.

I will be flying back from Madrid to Brussels on Monday evening and therefore I cannot travel before Tuesday morning. I will take the Eurostars on Tuesday morning. I should be in St Pacras at 9, but I have seen it is close to the meeting place. So, I hope I can join most of the discussions.
I will stay longer on Wednesday afternoon in case some additional support is needed.

You mention in your e-mail a potential meeting in Brussels. I think we should work under the assumption that we will not run more meetings. We are close to the deadline and with Easter holidays in the middle. I am not sure if that is the best idea; in any case most things can be done remotely.

Finally, a minor point that is not so important but every time counts more: gender balance. Think about bringing female profiles for the proposal. The EC is having more strict guidelines on that particular matter.
