[oasc-iot-lsp-cities] WP1 - work package description

Dear all,

I have drafted a new version of the WP1 hoping that the London meeting comments and insight are sufficient reflected.

This is up for review and comments - please provide before Friday morning April 1st - your feedback. (@Martin - special call-to-action on this for you)

Some things are important to look at - to finalise this week:
1. Lead of the (sub)subtasks. 
	For subtask 1 - For the engagement and knowledge hub - someone from the Organicity partners: Aarhus?
				For the value-networks (iMinds or Aalto?)
	For subtask 2 - A technological partner should need to take the lead: Telefonica or Philips
	For subtask 3 - A city for the regulatory element (Helsinki? Santander?) Mandat International (Sebastien Ziegler) for the privacy part
	For subtask 4 - Atos mentioned to contribute (this could be in collaboration with iMinds)
2. As agreed - this WP focuses on creating the foundations and providing support. Set-up know is that this WP will provide methods, tools etc… but that the execution etc.. will have to be done by the reference zones. Therefor also the role of ‘reference zone liaison officer’ is introduced. (S)He will be responsible for the handsover of WP1 to the reference zones, but also to collect the local info etc… Therefor for each reference zone such liaison officer will have to be appointed. Adrian (Manchester) will coordinate the interaction between the different reference zones.
3. Deliverables
	A first set of deliverables have been mentioned with tentative timings - this still needs to be aligned with overall project planning
4. Resources
	Not yet done a breakdown on the resources or mm. But it is clear that due to the ‘horizontal’ nature of the activities every partner will have to attribute a min. of mm to this WP.

To discuss this WP we will tentative schedule a conf call on Friday 1 April at 15h.
