[oasc-iot-lsp-cities] Reminder of Google Docs

Dear all,

Just a quick & kind reminder that tomorrow Fri 1-Apr-2016 at noon CET the google docs containing proposal text will be pulled down and combined into a single MS Word file, so feel free to add (and please do add!) your contributions till then but not later — after that any edits made to the google docs will not be reflected in the proposal text, which will live its life as a Word document from thereon.

(Parallel work will obviously need to continue then, after a basline version of the master word doc has been distrubuted to all, but it will be more cumbersome. Also  please do note there’s only very limited time — basically until next Wed 6-Apr — until we’d need to have a version ready for final peer review.)
