a draft of the proposal. There are still a few missing contributions from Alfa and Engineering to integrate. Additionally, there are some “blanks” about Organicity that I can’t fill in, it would be nice if Aarhus could spend a few minutes on it.

Please, from now on make changes over this document on track mode and save it with a different name so that I can integrate it.
