[Fiware-office-comms] Recap on sponsorship at LeWeb and ideas around FIWARE training for Evaluation Process

Hello all, just an update on the different options to organize meetings and
presentations at LeWeb.

We are checking the availability of different options in order to run a
training on FIWARE that should be useful for evaluators. I would also
recommend to run in parallel a presentation of the Accelerator Programme
for entrepreneurs. Please check this document to access info

   - The best option is on Page 11. Sponsored presentations to hold
   workshops: 40-minute slots (4K each one) - 0.5 day slots (8K). There’s
   still the possibility to organize Presentation/Mini conference/Workshop.
   The room is located in the upper level of the Pullman building.  One
   important thing if we want to organize such a presentation is that we need
   to make sure to build our own marketing around it.  LeWeb organization will
   include our presentation in the programme, but there is a lot going on at
   LeWeb, and if we want people to attend our presentation, we need to have a
   strong communication plan… Ogilvy could design the landing page with all
   the info an activate the communication on Social Media Channels, also run a
   small paid campaign if necessary but we should all join efforts to reach
   developer&entrepreneurs community in France. What about EIT ICT Labs

   - We can also book rooms for offices and private meetings. "Your office
   at LeWeb". Organization confirmed they do have some rooms left (35 m2, see
   floorplan below)


We are working with Juanjo for the possibility to have a one training day
on FIWARE but this will require the presence of the A16 group. That's the
reason why we think that another Mini presentation of the acceleration
programme in parallel will be necessary to make sure evaluators are there.

As you already know we don't have a lot of passes for Le Web with our
silver sponsorship. In addition to the 5 tickets included in the package,
we can buy additional tickets for the event at a discounted prize (790 EUR
exS VAT). Also a 0,5 day slots costs is 8k. I think that all this could be
possible with a contribution from each of the accelerators of 1,5-2,5 k
(depending on the people you guys are moving to Paris). 8k:16: 500 EUR (15'
presentation each)+ one or two tickets.

We would take care of the 1 day training on FIWARE and obviously silver
sponsorship.
