Hello Angeles, hello all,

from my perspective i would strongly recommend not to open another
mailinglist, and not for that purpose.

This information should, and can, distributed in the excisting channels, so
i dont see additional benefits. If we open another channel, the
communication gets not better. Modern communication, as offered with
basecamp, is valuable and works much better as a mailinglist.

To handle such information as required here, a database with events, it
might be of interest to first evaluate some common calendertools or a
specific eventmanagement tool.
