[Fiware-office-comms] FIWARE advert material for broad and aligned communication

Dear Angeles, Pablo, Press Office Team,

I've been repeatedly asked from various partners in XIFI and in FI-LINKS 
for:
*1. Common .ppt templates to be used for presenting FIWARE/Phase 3. *
 From a*formal point of view *we've been given guidelines, but it would 
really help if you could provide .ppt templates that can be used in a 
much more homogeneous way by all Phase 3 CSAs but also by Accelerators 
and Phase 2 projects.

If it was not planned, as I understood from Basecamp discussions, may we 
ask the Press Office to reconsider this and take an action point on 
that? It would really help aligning communication and branding strategy 
all across the various FI-PPP activities. I still noticed lots of 
discrepancies in this respect last week at ECFI2.

*2. **Common slides in term of content to present and promote Phase 3.*
Here we are talking about a common slides set that introduce's the whole 
FIWARE offering and Phase 3 Accelerator Programme. I think this would be 
of great value to all of us doing dissemination and promotion from 
various projects and would help align messages across all activities. 
Could we be given such a package? I think 5-10 common slides explaining 
the value offering of FIWARE and the FIWARE Accelerator Programme in a 
few words, with pointers to where more details and info can be found, 
would be great.

Finally, I would take the opportunity to ask for some clarification on 
how the Press Office and CONCORD lead activities will complement each 
other. Maybe a briefing session for all leaders of dissemination and 
communication activities in the various ongoing projects would help a lot.
