[Fiware-office-comms] FIWARE Unified Communication Strategy (usage of fiware-office-comms list)

Dear A16, CSAs, Mundus  and iHubs,

As agreed at the communication meeting that we had in Madrid last 7th of July, I send you (please find it attached) the Actions point num  5.  Social Media & Press Relations's doc. Fyi, "Press Office will elaborate a document covering the usage of the fiware-office-comms list for interchange of information and content between the A16/CSAs and the Press Office,"

Through it, we standardize the procedure for our internal communication between A16, iHubs y CSAs and the FIWARE Press Office.

This workflow gathers an unified communication strategy that will allow us to get the best results in terms of coverage and relevance. Working together as an unique voice we will be more effective and more credible and, of course, reach a much more vaste audience.

This workflow will be lead by our fiware-office-comms mail lists. Please, make sure that you are subscribed! if you didn't,  please send us an email in order to solve it.

Please, take a look to this document: any questions, comments or suggestions you could share with us will be definitelly welcome and enrich the work we did for sure.

Next action point from our side:  Press Office will elaborate and distribute a guide to deal with Press (how and whom) including central and local activities plus crisis management ." and we will share it at the end of this month.
