A one-day summit organized by the Italian National Research Council 
(http://www.cnr.it/) and supported by the XIFI project 
(https://fi-xifi.eu/) that will gather key players in the European scene 
to present and discuss how EC-driven programmes and National initiatives 
will boost innovation for Small and Medium Enterprises across Europe.

Starting from the H2020 framework, which actively supports SMEs by 
providing both direct financial support, and indirect support to 
increase their innovation capacity, the main goal of the summit is to 
discuss how coordinated actions between the European Commission and 
various National Programs can boost R&D and Innovation as key pillars of 
the European SMEs' ecosystem growth.

*Highlights:*

·The event gathers a number of key decision makers in the European scene 
and National Institutions as invited speakers - see the detailed agenda 
on-line.

·Specific focus will be given to the Future Internet Private and Public 
Partnership SMEs' dedicated activities as a unique chance for 
stimulating Innovation in SMEs and improve their access to market.

·Targeted stakeholders are: decision makers of Public Authorities and 
Industry, including EC, Industry Associations, Regional Incubators, 
Research Directorates of National Governments, NRENs, etc.
