Dear all,



After our conversations at the Comms Team group within CONCORD and the fruitful discussions during the A16 meeting in Paris, please find enclosed the preliminary agenda for the Workshop to be held in Madrid next July 7th.



To let most of you to travel within the day we are suggesting a late start (10:30) and finish it by 17:30. Those of you who need accomodation can find some suggestions in the document along with directions from the airport (quite straightforward).



On top of this I will circulate more material next week concerning events, especially the so-called (for the moment) FIWARE Roadshow events.



We have booked a room in our premises with capacity for around 35 people. Please let us know who is intending to come. We encourage all projects to send a representative, and the EC is welcomed to join us as well. The idea is to run a very executive meeting and take decisions to be on track from September 1st, aligned and ready to succeed. Communication is a matter of all of us.
