[Fiware-office-comms] Guidelines on Internal Communication - Please Read and Use

Dear Communication contacts,


As agreed during the call held some days ago, please find enclosed an internal memo covering the usage of the different internal communication channels for the FIWARE family.


Obviously this is a live document that can be biased following program needs. However, we think it sets up a minimum of coherence and standarisation in our processes which is needed to improve effienciency and quality.


Regarding the F2F meeting/workshop on Communication Issues agreed to take place in Madrid to prepare ouselves for a challenging period to happen 4Q15-1Q16, you will be shortly receiving a poll from Milon Gupta. As some of you have already pointed out there is a concatenation of events (Viena, Paris) in the next weeks, so we are going to postpone this to July. Stay tuned.


Next week I will circulate a temptative agenda for the workshop - there will be a number of items to discuss.
