You may want to use the list "fiware-acceleration-help"  ("You should use this mailing list to forward requests on the FIWARE Acceleration Programme.  We are eager to help you in finding the way to get some funding and support for materializing your ideas!"). The teams there are the ones who know the programme and the calls.
