Dear Sir/Madame,

We are currently preparing a proposal submission for the FI-WARE Open
Call under the topic of BM & BE Definition and Simulation. As part of
our work we propose the specification and in-depth analysis of BMs and
BEs, involving analysis methodologies and tools such as tussle analysis
and game theory, also complemented with simulations. We were planning to
specify seperate WPs where activities such as business requirements,
market trends and concrete business models would be specified and
delivered to the FI-WARE project as deliverables. However, the RTD WP
template (namely form 1.2b as also instructed in the Form B document) is
oriented to defining GEs but does not fit the goal of delivering
Business models specification reports and corresponding analysis. By
looking into the templates provided we have identified as the only
candidate RTD WP to deliver such reports the Exploitation WP, which
contains market-oriented activities as well as the sustainability and
impact reports, which would also be the major output of our BM analysis
work.

So the question is whether it is allowed or not to define RTD work
packages whose structure and deliverables deviate from the rigid
template provided as form 1.2b; i,e, is form 1.2b the only allowed RTD
WP structure in addition to that of the Exploitation WP? Additionally,
we would like to ask if you consider that a detailed analysis of BMs
investigating the sustainability and depicting the impact of FI-WARE on
the Internet services ecosystem should be reported within the
Exploitation WP, or instead in a different RTD WP with "custom"
structure, not following the template 1.2b or any other provided in the
Form B document (if this is allowed).

Thank you for your time and looking forward to your response.

Best regards,

Manos Dramitinos
