[Fiware-opencall-help] Questions about the proposal preparation

Hi,
I am Jose Fran. Ruiz from the University of Malaga. We would like to send a
proposal for the "*Middleware for efficient and QoS/Security-aware
invocation of services and exchange of messages*" topic. Should we prepare
the proposal as only one member (us)? or prepare it as a FP7 proposal with
several partners, one of them the coordinator, etc.?.
