Dear FI-WARE friends, We are preparing a proposal for 2nd call on the topic Stream-Oriented GEs we have a question, which perhaps could be answered by you: In relation to FIWARE.Epic.Stream-oriented.SecurityAndDrm, the instructions you provide here: http://forge.fi-ware.eu/plugins/mediawiki/wiki/fiware/index.php/FIWARE.Epic.Stream-oriented.SecurityAndDrm indicate the following: "The content protection algorithms themselves are not part of this enablers but their application to stream as on the fly operations should be possible. So, this enabler has to be analyzed closely with the security enablers proposed in FI-WARE." However, reviewing FI-WARE security enablers, I cannot find any feature suitable for implementing DRM mechanism. The only epic that may be useful is: FIWARE.OpenSpecification.Security.Optional_Security_Enablers.SecureStorageService, but it does not really allows implementing a DRM mechanism as such. Would it be possible to be more specific in the definition of this epic so that proposers have a clearer idea on what are you expecting? Best. ----------------------------------------------------------- Luis López Fernández Subdirector de Investigación y Relaciones con la Empresa Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación Universidad Rey Juan Carlos http://www.etsit.urjc.es e-mail: luis.lopez at urjc.es Tf: + 34 914 888 713 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
