I identified in Brussels a FP7 call still open this month 

it is with enabling IT technologies, so it may be possible if I partner with you and some IT people 

to answer the call

I understand there is already a consortium but they search for the third open call s to bring elements called generic enablers 

  

we may need to dsicuss possible over the week end to see how is realistic
