Beneficiaries doubts

Dear all,

Regarding the open call FIWARE LAB NODES SUPPORT, we can read that are
beneficiaries "Any legal entity established in a Member State or an FP7
Associated country". This might mean that a Non profit entity could apply
to the call.
However, we  had some doubts when we read the financial issues: " the work
to be carried out will be funded 75% in the event that the beneficiary
qualifies as SME or 50% in the case of large companies."

Can a non profit entity reply to the call? If yes, what will be the fund
rate?
