[Fiware-opencall-help] FIWARE Open Call

Dear FI-core Team,

Could you please help me clarify two doubts regarding the FICORE 
<https://www.fiware.org/fiware-lab-open-call-2015/> open call?
1. Can a public R&D (with more than 250 employees) apply for funding in 
this call ? If yes, what would be the intensity of EC contribution, 50% 
or more?
2. In case a consortium of organizations applies, can the 250K/325K 
treshold be multiplied by the number of participating organizations/nodes?
