[Fiware-opencall-help] Enquiry regarding FI-Core project

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regards to FI-Core project. I would like to ask several questions to clarify some specific parts of the proposal.

1. FIWARE commercial offers.
Is it i.e. letting of servers for financial gains? Could you please provide some examples of commercial FIWARE offers? What are the best practices, pricing standards?

2. Level 1 and 2 support.
Is it possible to get information on approximate daily loads of Level 1 and 2 support (rough estimates of average amounts of tickets submitted per day)?

3. Funding intensity.
Could you please provide the reasoning behind 75% funding intensity for SMEs?
In this project we would be providing facilities and support for the FIWARE ecosystem thus actually providing a service. What is in it for us if we have to cover 25% of it - IPR? New commercial opportunities?
