[Fiware-opencall-help] request for clarification

Dear sir/madam,
Having read your guide for applicants on the FIWARE LAB open-call, I 
have a few additional questions;
1. Are research institutes eligible for funding under this call and if 
so what is the level of funding (is it 75%)?
2. Is the equipment cost funded at a 100 percent or does it depend on 
the organization that acquires it (industry / research institute)
