[Fiware-opencall-help] FIWARE-LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015: question about beneficiary

we are an Italian SME and we are going to participate to the call
FIWARE-LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015.

We would like to know if an Italian Government Research Institute can be
beneficiary of this Open Call and, if so, how their work will be funded.
