Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I have some more questions regarding the

https://www.fiware.org/fiware-lab-open-call-2015/  call.

 

1.According to Guide Application: “the work to be carried out will be funded
75% in the event that the beneficiary qualifies as SME or 50% in the case of
large companies”

What will be % funding if consortium will apply (University as Co-ordinator
and small enterprise as Participant)? 75% or 50%?

 

2. After the lap node has been deployed and setup in accordance with the
provisions of the call can it also offer free services (eg. For education
and Partner in research) or it has to be purely commercial?

 

3. Can consortium apply for EC Financial funding if University is registered
under the XiFi?

 

4. Should all costs be incurred in the preparation and maintenance of
infrastructure? Is it possible that proposal assume some funds to be used to
perform experiments around project (development of innovative software to
support node, the development of related enablerów etc.)?

 

5. Is there some special way to calculate the amount of remuneration of
employees in the project?

 

6. What is the process to withdraw money? Can the Co-ordinator of the
consortium gets the money to its account and separates them? Is it necessary
to present an invoice for the tasks?

 

7. What additional documents are required when applying for a project as a
consortium? (if any)

 

8. Should the consortium agreement (between the university and a small
company) be attach to the application documents?

 

9. Should the consortium agreement (between the university and a small
company) be signed before application (before 29.10.15) or after the call
(after 29.10.15)? (or maybe signature of the declaration of accession to the
consortium by Co-ordinator and  Participant will be enough in accordance
with the provisions of the call?)

 

10. Is value-added tax (VAT) eligible under the call?
