[Fiware-opencall-help] “FIWARE-LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015 - Equipment costs

Dear fiware-opencall-help

In the Guide for Applicants to the FIWARE Competitive Call for Additional Beneficiaries of the FI-Core Project (Call identifier: FIWARE LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015; Call title: Competitive call for beneficiaries providing FIWARE Lab nodes support) at the end of page 3 says

Applicants to the Open Call are entitled to include costs of the following categories:

Equipment costs (under RTD funding): in this category applicants can include costs to  upgrade the hardware of their infrastructure, or acquire new hardware to be deployed on their infrastructure, in order to support the required connectivity and computing capacity.
I would like to Know:
in the cost claim, one can claim  the entire cost of the equipment or just  the depreciation for the period  of use within the project?
if only the  depreciation is eligible, can be claimed the  depreciation of equipmet already owned  by the organization for the period of use within the project or the equipment has to be “new hardware" bought with the project budget?
