while there are no restriction on the type of organization, please consider the commercialization requirements that may not always be possible through public bodies.
regarding the contribution level, it depends on how FP7 registration system recognize your specific organization. if you already applied to FP7 same contribution will
apply as in the past. if not, please inform yourself at the FP7 finance helpdesk.

no, it is valid for single submission.
