[Fiware-opencall-help] FIWARE-LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015: Clarifications about project dates and budget

Dear Sirs,
     I kindly need some more information about proposals to 
FIWARE-LAB-OPEN-CALL-2015.

*Question 1: start date*
The current call text indicates M15 (1st November 2015) as the start 
date of activities. However, this date has already passed, and the Call 
closes on 16th November.
Is there any schedule for evaluation of proposals? Do you think M16 (1st 
December 2015) is an appropriate start date?

*Question 2: **contribution to overeall reports on FIWARE Lab*
The proposal template includes contribution to FIWARE Lab deliverables 
on M18 (both deployment/setup and operation/support. Will there be any 
extension of this deadline?
Since the FIWARE Lab node should be ready within 3 months from the start 
of the project, this date is likely to be after M18.

*Question 3: budget **information for multiple participants*
In case the proposal is submitted by several entities, should the budget 
be broken down for each entity? Or just the global budget of all 
entities is enough at this stage?
