I would like to ask if we have access to prefinancing in following proposal, I mean, if we obtain access to this propossal I would like to know how the payments work and if is possible to obtain money to proceed to the investments in the begining

Once that the proposal is accepted and included in the FI-Core consortium,  time-limit for payment of pre-financing to 30 days from the entry into force of the grant agreement and a total of 45% of the total subvention costs will be freeing. The time-limit for payment for interim payment is 90 days from the receipt of the reports, specially FORM-C-1. The time-limit for payment for final payment is 90 days from the receipt of the reports, specially FORM-C-2, and closure of the project. You can obtain this information from the financial guide FP7[1].

In the other hand, we are not sure about if is possible to obtain financial contributions from training for out team.

Actually, if I am not wrong, there is no financial support for training of the teams (assuming that you wanted to say our team and not out team).
