finalising a good proposal.

the ec, who actually manages the proposals evaluation, promised a very
quick process. so yes a good estimate fo start date is 1 dec 2015. however
even if, for bureaucratic reasons the actual signature is after that date,
the commencement date will stay fixed.

as outcome of the call an dow amendement will be anyway needed. in this
context the due dates of deliverables will be conveniently rescheduled.

even if the proposal is submitted by several entities, they will be
considered as individual beneficiaries in the contract. so, yes, the budget
and of course effort as weel, should be coneveniently assigned to each
individual entity in the proposal. please, remember the subdivision should
be consistent with the expected roles and should be clear to the evaluators.

hope this help.

please do not hesitate to further contact us, even in these last hours!

ciao,
stefano
