I write to request some imput to the Support Tools document. Please, 
fill some data since the deadline for it to be ready is today.More 
concretely, I need something about:

CREATE-NET: DNS as a Service related SOA
TID: Reverse Proxy as a Service related SOA.
UPM: Jira and Git related SOA.
