[Fiware-ops-dev] Proposal for 5.1.3 Closing meeting and 5.2/5.2.1 Planning meeting

Hi Manuel,
I know it is a bit too early but  I would like to inform you that most of
the OPS group will be out for holidays from December 24 to January 10. For
this reason I think that a good date for the Closing meeting will be on
Tuesday 22nd. For the planning meeting I see a problem. The first available
date is Monday 11th (or Tuesday 12th). Is it possible as an exception for
the January sprint to have the planning meeting on Tuesday 12th and then
close the planning let's say on Wednesday 13th?
