The template/order was provided by the management of the project.
For the second comment, I see your point but it appears that Arian wants to
re-consider what is related with federation and cross-region (to be
confirmed during the review of course). And for this reason I tried to
avoid to talk about that. We discussed this inside our Chapter  last
Tuesday during the last telco. So I will be careful on that.
