Hi Fernando,
I understand. Nevertheless since others cannot attend this Friday, I would prefer to keep it on Monday (agenda will follow).
In any case if you prefer to have a check with me this Friday at 3 pm CEST it is not a problem for me. We can use skype.
What do you think?

I prefer to have it on Friday at 3 PM, my 8AM, I would prefer to take it at 9PM if you do not have any problem, in order to close the sprint and put the content in the minutes of the document on Monday. If you are ok I can fix the meeting for tomorrow.

For the planning meeting, is there someone from your team that can attend? Otherwise we can declare that no activity is planned for August sprint. I think it is reasonable.

For sure, we will have planned activities for August, we have to close it next week before Friday. The problems is that we do not have enough time to explain for example to Pablo due to I will take my holidays before we comeback to work. If you tell me what do you need to put in the document (send me the link document of the planned activities for sprint 4.4.2), I can write it and give details information to Pablo.

Dear all,
I have been informed by Manuel that "exceptionally" he won't attend the next closing and planning meetings.
For this reason I think we could have the closing meeting on Monday 27th (so I can also attend) at 3 pm and the planning meeting for 4.4.2 on August 4th.
Does it fit well for you?
Please let me know.

Moreover Manuel informed me that there won't be any official Sprint Review Meeting (again "exceptionally") for this sprint. But I have the feeling that we could have it among us. Let's discuss this during the closing meeting.
